  • Notes can be documented on each Banker screen.
  • "Locked By" field on the Secondary Marketing screen remains unchanged when file is opened.
  • Loan Origination fee and totals remain unchanged in the Fees and Impounds screen, Funding Figures Worksheet.
  • Loan Approval and Funding Conditions Notices on the Conditions screen print conditions without extra spaces.

  • Updated VA Request for Certificate of Eligibility (26-1880), VA Interest Rate Reduction Refinancing Loan Worksheet (26-8923), VA Request for Determination of Reasonable Value (26-1805) and to be compliant with the latest version.
  • Updated Right to Receive Appraisal form to be compliant with the new Appraiser Independence Requirements.
  • Updated Mortgage Loan Origination Agreement form to be compliant with the new Loan Originator Compensation rules.
  • Tax Return Request (4506-T) and Tax Request-ID Number and Certification (W-9) form prints clearly.
  • Itemization of Amount Financed form prints Odd days interest once.
  • HUD-1 page 3 prints daily interest on line 901.
  • Statement of Credit Denial uses HMDA Action Date instead of Denial Date.
  • New Statement of Credit Denial/Action Taken form to comply with Proposed ECOA form changes effective July 21, 2011.
  • CA MLDS 882 form "initial commissions, fees and expenses" line on page 1 and page 2 match.
  • Date populates in the Affiliate Business Disclosure form.
  • The current reports have been updated as follows:
    • To reflect the full loan amount (Field ID 819) in the Closed Data Region of RMLA Section 1 while still reflecting the Loan Amount (Field ID 11) in the Application Data Region per guidelines provided by the NMLS.

Fees Worksheet

  • Transfer taxes remain after Point file is emailed.
  • Paid by buttons remain labeled as Borrower after a file is copied with "only copy the 1003 data" option.
  • Point data is mapped correctly after importing from WebCaster.
  • All Block 2 fees are editable.
  • Loan origination fee, loan discount fee, and VA funding Fee calculations are based off of existing loan amount for VA IRRRL loans.

Anti-Steering

  • Borrower and Scenario files can be swapped.
  • APR automatically updates.
  • Borrower file can be included in Anti-steering disclosure.

Truth in Lending

  • Consummation date can be user-defined.
  • MI stops at 78% for FHA loans of 15 years or less and LTV 90% or higher.
  • PMI calculation takes into account when MIP is paid in full in cash.
  • Point remains unchanged when a GPM loan is defined.

  • Alternate Name fields on page 3 of 1003 are not synchronized across borrower and co-borrower files.
  • Balance and Monthly Payment are bracketed when a Liability is maked as omited.
  • Borrower and co-borrower Net Assets remain unchanged after assets or liabilities are edited.
  • Down Payment remains unchanged after switching to Loan Comparison screen.
  • Subject property obligations update when housing expenses are changed.
  • Down Payment remains unchanged when printing forms.
  • Only one lien position remains checked when changing the lien position of a loan.
  • Conforming Loan is checked by default in the eLoanFile Loan Product screen for new loans.

FHA Combined Transmittal

  • "All other payments" in the Debts and Obligations section calculates with all borrower and co-borrower data.

General Updates

  • Transfer Taxes remain after Point file is emailed.
  • Final Reconciliation status is included in the reports status selection window.
  • Point data is mapped correctly after importing from WebCaster.
  • The borrower and co-borrower Equifax credit score factors in the eLoanFile borrower page are not crossed.
  • Prior Loan type remains checked in the VA loan Summary screen.
  • Alternative loan scenarios are labeled as Scenario 1 and Scenario 2 in the Loan Comparison popup screens.
  • HMDA report shows "1" in the loan amount column when a preapproval request is denied and the borrower did not state a loan amount.

Fees Worksheet
  • Mortgage Insurance Premium in block 3 remains unchanged after applying a Closing Costs Scenario to an existing Loan file.
  • Transfer Taxes in block 9 remain unchanged unless Sales Price or Loan Amount changes, a Transfer Tax lockbox is unchecked or the user decides to recalculate by manually pressing a transfer tax button. NOTE: Files created in a previous Point version will need to be opened in Point 7.4 SP4 (in a data folder with the appropriate transfer taxes configured) to ensure the data remains unchanged.
1003
  • Hazard Insurance, Taxes and Mortgage Insurance on Page 2 remain unchanged after applying a Closing Costs Scenario to an existing Loan file.
  • Down Payment remains unchanged after file is saved.
General Updates
  • When Sales Price is set to zero the Loan Amount remains unchanged.
  • Fees can be excluded from the Wire Calculation on the Fees and Impounds screen.
Truth-in-Lending
  • For certain construction loans, the balloon statement, payment and date are printed on the Disclosure.
Form Updates
  • Updated the expiration date to 03/31/2014 on the FHA DE Statement of Appraised Value (HUD 92800-5B) form.
  • Updated the expiration date to 02/28/2014 on the FHA Borrower's Contract with Respect to Hotel and Transient Use of Property (92561) form.
  • Updated the expiration date to 02/28/2014 on the FHA Loan Underwriting and Transmittal Summary (HUD 92900-LT) form.

Some notable changes you will see in MM:
 
We now have a LO Comp message on Pricing & Lock and View Pricing page. 
Additional date choices are now available on the GFE Admin page. 
When Registering a loan, MM will now let the originator add their correct business channel selection. 
  
Now for BUGS  ! we have a few of the following reported BUGS fixed !  Bugs on interfacing with the 1008, 92900LT, REO, Subject property & Calyx Point Webconect Import Corrections !
 
 
NOTE * For our own lender Administration Personnel we do have some changes for you as well !
Underwriting
MM will require claiming a loan before starting a transmittal, this will help with our reporting.
Doc Prep
Changes to the look of the wiring instructions page.
Lender Admin
HMDA Reporting and Page reformatted, For reports we now have Bulk Data Insert and Skip Column Count Check now available.
